Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If a size doesn’t fit, we offer a 7-day exchange on unworn items with tags intact.

• Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
• Exchanges ship free once; reverse pickup is arranged by us in most pincodes.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the item. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer.
• Customised pieces, mystery bags and accessories are non-returnable.
